Why private classes?

Classes in studios can be overwhelming and not always suited to everyone’s personal or present moment needs. By choosing to work on one-on-one with a qualified teacher, you will have the support and the practice best suited for YOU.

Whether you are a parent, a shift worker or a CEO, we will find the time which suits you the best to practice together. 

Choose your location

Can’t leave home for too long ? I come to you or we can practice online via ZOOM. Alternatively, you can practice with me in my beautiful Yoga space in Paddington or in a park if the conditions allow for it.

Choose your practice

In our first session, we will discuss your goals in order for me to understand your needs. I can help you to gain strength, mobility and flexibility through Asanas (yoga postures). On the other hand, I can also help with stress management and emotional stability via breath work, restorative yoga and mindfulness.

Working with conditions or injuries

Do you know you can practice Yoga even if you have injuries? As long as you can breathe you can do Yoga. I will give you variations to make sure you can enjoy the beauty of Yoga no matter what your limitations are.

Taking it at your own pace

I offer a wide range of teachings from complete beginners to intermediate yogis. We will work together steadily in a safe and inspiring environment in order for you to reach your full potential. Whether you are looking to perfect your alignments, clear your mind or reach a peak pose, working one-on-one is the way to go.

B+F TV is a platform to educate and enrich – a go-to resource to improve technique for yoga and movement, and to learn tools to not just survive, but thrive in our fast paced society. You will have access to more than 50 high quality videos led by Bend and Fly yoga teachers as well as live streamed studio classes on a daily basis.
