Yoga for Stress Relief Workshop

Join Mathilde for a stress relief yoga workshop when you will learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety.


This workshop is designed to soothe your nervous system and create calm and relaxation via an integrative approach combining mind, body and soul.                  

You can expect:

  • Science-based lectures about stress and the nervous system
  • Gentle movements to connect with your body
  • Mindful breathing techniques
  • Restorative Yoga and Meditation for beginners

This workshop costs $50 ($45 for OBS members) and is accessible for everyone. Booking is essential.

Yin Release workshop

One Body Studio, The Gap

Relieve body tightness and tight spots with this 1h30min relaxing workshop focusing on muscle recovery via stimulation and pressure of the connective tissue. Balls and deep stretches will be used to apply a gentle pressure on the fascia in order to improve range of motion and flexibility. The price includes your own trigger point balls that you can take at home.

In order to deepen a state of relaxation and recovery, Mathilde will use breath work and meditation technique. Recommending for computer users, yang and yin practice lovers.


Yin & the Elements Workshop

Join Mathilde for a Yin Yoga Workshop based on the 5 Elements. Chinese philosophy recognises five distinct elements of cyclical change. Each person’s physical and mental constitution can be described as a balance of the elements in which one or more may naturally dominate.

In this workshop, you will be immersed in a Yin Yoga practice including a brief overview of the element theory and the archetype. Mathilde will use meditation, stretches, and acupressure points to enhance physical, energetic, and emotional well-being.
